Patrick Fischer, PhD
Dr. Patrick Fischer joined Biodynamic Research Corporation (BRC) in 2024 as a PhD Consultant. He is a mechanical engineer with a strong focus on biomechanics and systems motion analysis. Dr. Fischer is an awarded Fellow of the prestigious National Science Foundation and a member of the American Society of Biomechanics.
Dr. Fischer holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University, where he also taught Advanced Mechanics of Materials and Thermodynamics I as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
Before joining BRC, Dr. Fischer served as a Systems Motion Analysis Center Engineer at Shriners Children’s Network in Sacramento, California, where he was responsible for advanced motion analysis and biomechanics research.
