Dr. Mathew Greenston is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Prior to joining BRC, he served as Emergency Department Consultant at Palmerston North Hospital in New Zealand, and Emergency Department Co-Medical Director, Chairman of Medicine and EMS Medical Director for Catholic Medical Center in New Hampshire.

Dr. Mathew Greenston retired from the clinical practice of emergency medicine after more than 25 years of distinguished service and brings a distinctive combination of medical, bioengineering, and mechanical engineering expertise to his work with Biodynamic Research Corporation. Since joining BRC as a consultant in 2017, he has applied his clinical and technical background to the analysis of injury causation and motor vehicle collisions. He is also an ACTAR-accredited traffic accident reconstructionist and has completed specialized training in crash investigation, crash reconstruction, and vehicle dynamics. His published research addresses occupant kinematics, event data recorders, injury risk, seatbelt evidence, and injuries associated with low-speed collisions.
